We offer a super easy size exchange policy. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase, our size charts really help to perfect the sizing. If this isn't the case, simply flick us an Email to hello@jordanelli.co.nz and we will be in touch with the exchange details. If your size is no longer available you will be offered a full refund or exchange for a different coat, whatever you prefer. We don't hold your hard earned money in a store credit!!
