REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the item/s purchased is not for you, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
All we ask is the item/s are unworn, and in a resellable condition with all of the original packaging included. This is relevant to all items bought from our events, stores and in sales.
If the item/s are not returned to us in the same condition we sent it out to you in, unfortunately we will not be able to process the refund or exchange you wish to receive.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED ONLINE?
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for online purchases. To request an exchange, please contact our client support on hello@jordanelli.co.nz. Returned items must meet the conditions and guidelines listed above in order to be accepted for an exchange. Please note exchanges are subject to item availability.
ARE DELIVERY CHARGES REFUNDABLE?
